High School Spanish Teacher - Long Term Sub - Immediate Opening
 
La Salle Institute is seeking a long term substitute teacher to teach high school Spanish – specifically Spanish 1 & Spanish 2. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in teaching, language, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. The ideal candidate should have experience teaching Spanish/language in a high school or collegiate setting with the ability to create innovative lesson plans that will enhance student engagement. The candidate must also work well in a team environment, teach with enthusiasm and energy and be open to professional growth while demonstrating a commitment to the Lasallian mission.

Varsity Girls Lacrosse Head Coach
 
La Salle Institute is seeking a qualified and experienced girls lacrosse coach for the upcoming season. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as either a coach or player, have exceptional leadership and communication skills, a deep knowledge of lacrosse and a positive and energetic attitude. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, hold a valid CPR/AED/First Aid Certification and have a deep understanding of La Salle’s mission and philosophy. 
Additional job responsibilities are, but are not limited to the following:
  • Developing workout and training regiments and oversight
  • Monitoring student athlete academic progress
  • Work closely with the school Athletic Director and Principal 
  • Support and adhere to the mission and values of La Salle Institute
  • Plan and schedule practices and games
  • Develop, construct and maintain a competitive girls lacrosse program.
